Each PDF below contains one blank card or log on Letter or A4. Small-card dimensions stay the same on both paper sizes; the range log uses the available page.

Print several cards on one sheet

Choose a format in the builder, set the size and units, then select Print to choose your quantity. The page or label count updates before you print. Leave the printer’s Copies setting at 1; the file already contains your chosen quantity. Leave value fields empty for blank cards.

Yards/meters label distance; MIL/MOA label angular values. Changing those labels does not convert your recorded numbers.

Read the instructor quick-start
  1. Choose a format and measure the space. Use the six formats above. Measure a scope cap inside the lid, clear of the rim and hinge. The default sizes are starting templates, not a universal fit.
  2. Add your own recorded data. Leave value fields empty for write-in cards. Check unit labels; changing yd/m or MIL/MOA does not convert your numbers.
  3. Choose quantity, then print. Use the builder for several cards per sheet. Keep printer Copies at 1. Print at 100% / Actual size and check one test copy before making a batch.
