Entries, drafts and saved cards
The card builder processes your entries in your browser. Working drafts and preferences use session storage; named saved cards use local storage. The application does not upload rifle names, loads, notes, card entries or editable backups to our server. Changing browsers or clearing site data can remove access to stored work.
Downloads and backups
Filled PDFs and editable JSON backups are generated on your device. Keep backups somewhere you control. Anyone with a backup file can read the entries inside it; choose deliberately before sharing one. Import is processed locally and does not upload the file. Large libraries may require several backup parts.
Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network requests to deliver it and protect its services. Requests include information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time. That network activity is distinct from card entries, which the builder keeps local. We have not installed advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics in this release.
Email feedback
The feedback form opens your email app with a draft. Nothing is emailed until you send it. If you contact us, your email provider and our email provider process your message, and we use what you send to respond and improve the site. Do not include information you do not want to share.
Choices and questions
You can delete named saved cards in the library or clear this site's data through your browser. Export an editable backup first if you want to keep your work. For privacy questions or requests concerning email you have sent, contact Preston@WillisInnovations.com.
